I entered St. Lukes confused and terrified but every member of the team went above and beyond to settle me and enable me to go home when I was ready.

I had eating issues and although the food looked good I could not swallow it. I would have liked to have seen a dietician work with kitchen staff to make this easier.

My dear dad was treated in a kindly, compassionate and efficient manner.

It would have been helpful if I have been contacted by phone shortly before coming, if at all possible.

Everyone who was involved in mum’s care were so lovely. The people who looked after mum helped us emotionally and gave us confidence for us to care for her and have helped us immensely.
